About Drift
Drift is a fast-reflexes arcade game. A glowing dot moves continuously in one direction — tap to change its direction by 90 degrees. Gaps in oncoming walls must be passed through precisely. The further you drift without hitting a wall, the faster the dot travels, and the quicker your reactions must be. Drift tests the ability to maintain focus during sustained high-speed play and to react instantly to changing spatial demands. On mobile, swipe to change direction rather than tap.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I control Drift?
On desktop, click or press Space to change the dot's direction by 90 degrees. On mobile, tap anywhere on the screen or swipe up or down to change direction. Each input rotates the direction of travel.
Does Drift get faster over time?
Yes. The dot's speed increases steadily as your score grows. Early in the game the walls are easy to navigate; at high scores the pace is demanding enough that you must anticipate gaps rather than react to them.
What is a good score in Drift?
A score of 10 is a solid first goal. Above 25 requires good reflexes and pattern reading. Above 50 indicates genuine skill in the mechanic. The top scores require sustained concentration at high speed.
Can I play Drift with swipe gestures?
Yes. On mobile, both tapping the screen and swiping up or down change the dot's direction. Use whichever feels more natural to your playing style.
Why is Drift so challenging on mobile?
Mobile screens are smaller than desktop monitors, reducing your visual field and making it harder to anticipate incoming gaps. The touch input also adds a small latency compared to a mouse click. Flario calibrates Drift's initial speed slightly lower on touch devices to compensate.
Is there a pause option in Drift?
Currently Drift does not have a pause feature — the game is designed as an intense continuous session. The average run lasts under a minute, making a pause less necessary than in longer games.
