By accessing or using Flario at flario.games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Flario. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.

Flario is an independent browser gaming platform.

Flario is a free browser-based gaming platform that provides access to online games, daily challenges, an XP and achievement system, and related features. All core features are available without creating an account.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Flario is designed to be used by people of all ages. Users under 13 years of age are welcome to use Flario; however, we recommend parental supervision for younger children using any online service.

If you are under 13 and located in the United States, or under 16 and located in the European Union, you should use Flario with a parent or guardian's knowledge and consent.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to enable Child-Safe Mode in Settings, which disables all advertising.

You agree to use Flario only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service in ways not intended
• Attempt to manipulate scores, achievements, or game outcomes through technical means
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
• Harvest or collect information about other users

All content on Flario — including game code, design, graphics, text, and the Flario brand — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Flario content without our express written permission.

The games on Flario are original creations. Any resemblance to existing games is in gameplay mechanics only — game mechanics are not protected by copyright.

Currently, Flario does not support user-generated content. Display names set in your profile are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

Flario provides a score-sharing feature that allows you to share your game results on social media or with friends. By using this feature, you grant us a limited licence to display your score and associated game information as part of the shared content.

Flario displays contextual advertisements to support the free service. Advertisements are served by Google AdSense and are non-personalised by default. All advertising complies with applicable regulations including COPPA and GDPR.

You may disable advertising entirely by enabling Child-Safe Mode in Settings.

Flario is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not warrant that game scores, XP, achievements, or streaks will be preserved indefinitely. Data stored in your browser's localStorage may be lost if you clear your browser data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Flario, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, United States.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Flario after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
